Interventional Radiology
LeadER Animal Specialty Hospital is proud to offer Advanced Interventional Urology Services —a cutting-edge specialty utilizing imaging guidance to perform minimally invasive procedures for loved ones. Interventional Radiology (IR) techniques allow our team to diagnose and treat urinary tract conditions without traditional surgery.
Using advanced imaging modalities—including CT, fluoroscopy, and ultrasonography—our specialists can precisely assess internal structures for both diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
At LeadER, Dr. Simona Buoncompagni (Boca Raton) is a board-certified small animal internist with extensive training in interventional urology. She is also completing the newly recognized board certification in Nephrology & Urology through the American College of Veterinary Nephrology and Urology (ACVNU).
