Referral Policy
LeadER Animal Specialty Hospital in South Florida accepts clients and patients on a referral basis only.
Since LeadER is a referral veterinary practice, the staff members do not perform routine medical, preventative procedures, or surgeries that can be completed by your primary veterinarian.
All of our board certified specialists have advanced training in their field of interest. Therefore, we request that you obtain a referral from your primary care veterinarian.
Important Referral Information
To protect and maintain the trust of our referring veterinary community, pets that have been referred to our hospital by their primary veterinarian for emergency or specialty care are not eligible to transition into our General Practice department.
These patients must continue care through their primary veterinarian for routine wellness services and maintain follow-up care through the appropriate emergency or specialty service when needed.
