Questions and Concerns
Our goal is to always keep you well informed about your loved one’s condition. We will discuss all options with you, including the advantages and disadvantages of each of them. We are staffed after hours (nights, weekends, and holidays) with admission staff, certified technicians, assistants, and emergency doctors. If you have concerns and feel that your loved one requires evaluation, you can come in at any time for exceptional veterinary care.

My loved one and I really appreciate the emergency care we received at your facility. Can we come here as general practice clients?
If your regular veterinarian referred you to LeadER Animal Specialty Hospital, we can’t accept you as a client of our General Practice. If you do not have a regular veterinarian and you were not referred to LeadER by another hospital, we would be pleased to have you join our family of clients.
What is a loved one (animal) emergency?
Some emergencies are obvious, like trauma, seizures, or poisoning. Some are not so obvious. If you are at all uncomfortable with your loved one’s behavior and you are unsure what to do, call your veterinarian right away. In the event your veterinarian is not available, you may call LeadER, 24 hours a day, at 954-437-9630
